Employee Owned!

The New School of Montpelier is an employee owned cooperative. In 2015 New School was purchased by its employees. All employees have a path to becoming member owners of the school. Member owners elect the board of directors and vote on major organizational decisions. Additionally employee ownership is at the core of our organization and its culture. We are a supportive, collaborative community that values team based decision making.
