Radio Flyers Program

The Radio Flyers Program serves elementary, middle, and beginning high school students. This environment promotes increasing socialization and self-regulation. Student work is individualized based on the needs of the students and the goals of the IEP team. Literacy instruction includes exposure to literature as well as targeted instruction to address reading and written language foundations. Math instruction includes general curriculum as well as targeted instruction. In addition, students learn science and social studies, and work on social skills/relationship building through a variety of means, including physical activity, community engagement, field trips, art, and music. All students also participate in enrichment programs, based on their interests, each day, as well as receive needed OT, PT, and clinical services.
